These are our Phase 1 rates — early adopter pricing, available while the clinic operates its current treatment menu. Prices will increase as the treatment menu expands.

The £50 Cosmetic Scalp Analysis fee is deducted in full from any treatment plan booked following your analysis.

Microneedling with RRS® XL Hair — a sterile, CE-marked Class III professional mesotherapy solution containing non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, 17 amino acids, 9 trace elements, 7 vitamins, antioxidants and botanicals. Non-animal origin. Supports scalp environment and condition. Available as individual sessions or in blocks of 5 or 10.

After Your Course

Every course ends with a full review at week 12 — fresh trichoscopy, scored against your own baseline. What happens next is your decision, but each active has its own maintenance rhythm, and they are not the same.

Entry — RRS® XL Hair

No fixed course — sessions continued until the desired effect is achieved, then maintained on an individual basis.

Standard — Derma 2.0 Hair

A shorter 4-session course, with ongoing maintenance individualised to need rather than a fixed repeat.

Premium — Calecim® PTT-6® · or Inbiohair®

Your week 12 session is part of the protocol. Maintenance sessions from six months, at your own pace. Same rhythm for Inbiohair®.

Elite — Purasomes® HSC50+ · or ASCE+ HRLV®

The most concentrated active, and the longest interval. Maintenance from six months. Same rhythm for ASCE+ HRLV®.

It is worth knowing that the least expensive course carries the heaviest maintenance, and the most expensive carries the lightest. Over a year, the four sit closer together than the headline prices suggest. Maintenance is always your choice — but we would rather you knew this before you chose, not after.

Our signature 12-week, 12-session protocol — micellar scalp cleanse, microneedling, electroporation, cold hammer cryomodulation and LLLT every session, with scalp hydradermabrasion at weeks 1, 4, 7 and 10. Harrogate Scalp Wellness Score™ tracking at weeks 1, 6 and 12 — your week 12 appointment is a full treatment session as well as a complete re-score and review. Shorter appointments are paid in full when you book. Microneedling takes a deposit, with the balance settled in clinic — and the deposit comes off your treatment cost, it isn't an extra.
